My experience of Naturopathic nutritional Therapy and emotional freedom technique

My work is shaped by both clinical training and personal experience.

For a number of years, I dealt with ongoing digestive issues, low energy, and an unbalanced relationship with food. I knew something wasn’t right, but like many people, I found myself stuck between conflicting advice, short-term fixes, and approaches that never fully addressed the root of the problem.

Things began to shift when I took a more structured, whole-person approach.

Through Naturopathic Nutrition, I developed a clear understanding of how my food and lifestyle choices were affecting my digestion, energy, and mental clarity. This allowed me to make more informed decisions and gradually restore balance to my health.

Alongside this, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) gave me a practical way to work through the patterns and behaviours that were driving my habits. Instead of relying on willpower, I was able to address the underlying emotional triggers and create more consistent, sustainable change.

By combining these approaches with targeted lifestyle changes, I was able to significantly improve my energy, think more clearly, and develop better focus throughout the day. Just as importantly, I gained a stronger sense of control and confidence in my health.

That experience now underpins how I work with clients — focusing on clarity, structure, and identifying root causes so that change is both meaningful and lasting.
