My experience of Naturopathic nutritional Therapy and emotional freedom technique

Both Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), alongside key lifestyle changes, have played a pivotal role in my journey to imporve my gut health, overcome food addiction and optimise my energy and health. Through the principles of naturopathic nutrition, I was able to reassess my eating habits and better understand how specific foods were affecting my body and mind. This awareness empowered me to make more nourishing choices—replacing processed, addictive foods with options that supported energy, clarity, and a deeper sense of vitality.

Integrating EFT into my routine gave me a powerful and practical way to address the emotional patterns behind my food choices. By tapping on key points while acknowledging cravings or difficult emotions, I was able to uncover and release deep-rooted beliefs that conflicted with my desire to live with energy and balance. This combination of nutritional insight and emotional resilience helped me break free from cycles of sugar addiction and emotional eating—laying the foundation for a more conscious and sustainable relationship with food and with myself.

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy from the Nutritional Healing Foundation, giving me a strong grasp of nutrition's role in health and well-being. In addition, my teaching meditation and mindfulness for twenty years and my training as an Emotional Freedom Practitioner at the EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting Academy has provided me with techniques to address emotional challenges and enhance mental clarity. Together with a strong foundation in lifestyle coaching, these disciplines form a powerful tool for promoting holistic health. I hope to bring these together to help you overcome whatever physical and emotional health challenges you may be facing today.
